The 10pm TR freeze should have thawed.
I’m hoping that the few minutes the web site went down each night after 10pm EST (or equivalent in your time zone) is a thing of the past. The server administrators eventually traced it down to a regular background job that was running at that time.
Don’t know what they did with the job – but let me know if you spot any other regular time when the site/chat room freezes. -
