  Transitioning at Work

  Hi All,
  Well i have taken the step! Informed family and all is good on that front. Now work, i have told HR and they have started looking at it from there end this week, this will be the first for this organization which is reality conservative.

  I have a face to face meeting next Monday to work out the plan. And then another week off and i would like to walk in as Gayle on the following Monday.

  So case studies, what have you done, how did it go and what can be learnd?
  Love to here from anyone, good or bad please.
