I’ve been taking Black Cohash, Don Quai, and Vitex for about six months.
Recently added Milk Thistle and am trying Saw Palmetto which may or may not help. I’ve also used a Progesterone cream. I’ve also worn bras daily for four months. That will help too. A strong development/structural one like Playtex 18 hour will do the
most but almost anything helps. I’ve added 1.5 inches and am not sure when I’ll stop. Much more and I will not likely go to the pool “topless”. If you have high blood pressure, avoid anything with Licorice or Potassium.

I have been taking these herbal hormones for nearly two months now. I have noticed some improvement in the chest area with greater weight and definition. I still have a long way to go and I am willing to stick with the program for a one year period.

I have experimented with black cohosh, dong quai and other herbals and did get some results. The black cohosh seemed to cause head aches and lower back pain – probably due to elevated blood pressure. I tried chaste berry and the effect was an immediate warming of the breast area and increased nipple sensation. I think it was definitely affecting breast growth. I was taking 2 chaste berry capsules morning and evening with 6 Est-Aid capsules. Unfortunately, the chaste berry caused rather severe lower intestinal distress and I have abandoned it for the time being. I am now taking 6 Est-Aid and 2 borage oil twice daily. I can feel it in my breasts within an hour and feel it is working. I am 56 years old and weigh about 180lbs – 5’10”. I am working on the weight. My breasts are now a good “A” cup and I am hoping for increased aeriolae growth.
The nipples are definitely larger and more sensitive.
I have ordered Evanesce and will combine it with what I am now taking. At my age I do not desire great breast growth – right now I have a good handful each and my wife loves to play with them and suck on my nipples. This has been a long process (3+ years) and I have not been privy to some of the good internet information until lately. Much of my progress has been over the last few months as I am finally getting dosages right.
Had I known what I could have done 40 years ago, I would be living a different life today however, that was not to be. I want to be able to experience some of what I missed and the herbals are helping me. I could never pass and that is not my driving ambition. I am enjoying this growing time and for now it is enough.Submitted by: Portia Teg9250

I have been taking Evanesce and Feninol for about 6 months.
I have definitely gained boob bulk, being now somewhere approaching a B cup. I
have read that they’re not real boobs, being fat rather than proper breast
tissue. Well, maybe so, but I feel very satisfied.Submitted by: Chantal chanta

There is no way that you are going to grow breasts without either some type of surgery or a course of hormones.
I can only sugest one alternative, and that is either get breast inplants.or go see a doctor and ask his advice.
Don’t start experimenting with any so called magic products you may see advertised.
Remember you only have one body, So be very carefull what you do with it. For a few dollars you can get yourself a very realistic pair of breasts that worn properly are almost undetectableSubmitted by: Niki

Since it’s that time of the year, and two rather large “halloween super stores” have opened nearby, it’s shopping time! However before you go, here are a couple of tips for beginners:1) Just do it – you don’t have to dress up or try to pass at these stores, you can go in drab and nobody, customers or staff will look twice at what you’re buying. (Unless, of course, the cashier is your ex girlfriend
2) The wigs you get are COSTUME wigs. They’re fine for wearing for fun at home but most of them won’t work for passing in public. For example, I absolutely LOVE two wigs I bought at halloween stores – an auburn “cheerleader” pageboy and a black “Cleopatra” wig, but the only wig I have that I can actually go out in public in is a $300 one which I bought thru a shop that specializes in wigs for “us girls”.
For one thing, these wigs are pretty much “one size fits all” and if you’re a typical male then they are going to be a little bit small, they won’t fit “just right” and could look “funny” if you’re trying to pass.3) Buy several different styles. There’s nothing like having the option to change your entire look in a moment when you’re dressing for fun. I’ve got almost a dozen, each stored in a gallon zip-lock freezer bag with the style written on the front. They range from a short “flapper style” bob to a floor sweeping “Elvira”.
Which brings up a tip that I picked up from the wig store. If you have to store a wig in a bag hold it by the very top, give it a few shakes to straighten everything out. Grab the hair that is hanging down with your other hand and gently twist it into a bunch and tuck that up into the cap of the wig. This reduces even the longest wig to a nice managable ball about 8 inches in diameter. Slip this into a zip-lock bag, squeeze the air out of the bag by holding it against your chest and zip it up. You wind up with something that you can easily hide (er, store).

Once you have found a wig that suits you. Buy one worth about $100,or up for a believable look. If your trying to pass somewahat, then aviod cheap party wigs. I find short hair ones much easier to wear because there cooler and more comfy there no need to by special cleaners, just give it a swirl and soak it in some tepid water with some mild shampoo.,Stick it on something like a can of hairspray and place in ventilated area to dry. Never use hot blow dryers to dry a wig or attempt to comb or style it when its wet,This will damage it.never attempt to cut a wig to modify its style, not even the fringe. If you think its to long or something at the front take it the wig shop, and get them to do it professionally. by now Karen

the best way of general hair removal other than facial is to have the total body wax. Head to toe, and have it done every six weeks until the hair does become finer and the period between waxing gets loger and longer. My body hair has become very fine and I can now go about 3 months between waxings. This will eventually get out to about 5 months. But at approx $150 per session it is not cheap. I still think it is worth it to feel so femme.

Just get in the shower and soap up and start at the neck with a good razor and work your way down to your toes. You would be surprised how soft and smooth a man can feel when shaved fromhead to toe. God, what a turn on!

There are various ways to remove hair whether it is coarse hair as on the face or body hair which is finer.
Electrolysis – Inserting a wire directly into a hair follicle. Electrolysis can use multiple wires to achieve this. What is happening is the galvanic current causes the body to produce sodium hydroxide (lye). Everytime that the wire is inserted into a hair follicle it is causing damage to that particular follicle.
Thermolysis: This is insurting a wire into a hair follicle using a different current other than electroylis this in effect heats the tissue and you can demonstrate this by placing the wire on a cube of beef to see the burn pattern.
The Blend a combination of the two processes above.

I agree with the recommendation to use an epilator such as the Braun Silk-epil. I have 3 epilators of different types and use them as often as possible. Like waxing, the hair grows back thinner and slower over time. If you’ve never had the hair removed before, get it waxed professionally a few times first – that way, it won’t be as painful the first time you epilate. If you don’t manage to keep up with the epilation, you may want to wax again before getting back into epilation.

I have two epilarors — a Braus Silk Epil which uses a rotating twezer head and and and Epilady which uses a wire coil The Epilady is less efficient and tends to grab loose skin particularly on underarms but is generall less painful than the Braun. Underarms are still a right bitch at times so I sometimes use a depillatory 5 minutes before showering. The hair regrowth on my arms and legs is so fine as to be almost invisible.

Waxing is the way to go. It sounds absurd but many of my female friends have it done and the results are awesome. Not only do they feel silky smooth but it looks much more ‘groomed’. If you don’t want to get a beautician to do it, just buy some pre made up strips from the supermarket and get a friend to do it for you. You will love it – I promise!
