  • Are you always dressed for Tranny Radio?

As I sit here on a Monday morning and as most of you are on your way to work I have a question. I got dressed this morning, taking time with make up and nails etc, and will remain dressed all day waiting for my wife to come home. BUT…….I was wondering how many girls go online dressed as a guy. What I mean is are you or are you not in femme mode when on Tranny radio, especially chat? or do you just log on? Do you feel more femminine when in the chat room when you are dressed, or does it not bother you? :D
Mmmmmm the things that cross your mind so early in the morning, must have been a good nights sleep. :?:

    An interesting question.

Regrettably, I rarely have the time to dress and do makeup. Yesterday, I made the decision to go into the chatroom instead of doing makeup, partly because I was too tired to do anything except sit down at the computer and type.

I think that I’ve actually gone backwards over the past 3 1/2 years or so (did I mention that I have a 3 year old child?). I used to go out shopping occasionally and go to Seahorse meetings as often as I could manage. Eventually the 2-hours each way drive to Sydney got too much and I stopped going.

Hopefully sometime next year my life will be more my own again and I’ll start dressing far more often.

In the meantime, at least I get to chat to girls who do dress often. :)

    An excellent question!

Personally I cannot get into character if I’m not dressed at least some of the way. By ‘character’ I mean that as I have been doing this soooooo long ‘Emma’ has her own personality/interests/tastes etc which on the whole I do not share in drab mode.

Horses-for-courses I guess Sammy but I’ll be interested in following this thread to see what others have to say

Im Full time, so for me, its not really dressed, its just my way of life, I don’t have any male clothes apart from maybe the big huge warm fluffy jumper etc .

The feeling of being fem kinda wears off after a while, and you don’t even think about that … as i said, its just my way of life ..

I don’t sit there every morning, doing my nails and makeup etc …. half the time, if im just going to the shops or to do the shopping etc, im just in trackle pants and a t-shirt, don’t even bother with makeup sometimes, i just feel whats normal, and being normal, is just being myself ….

Im still pre-op, but then next year that is going to happen, (my doctors and psychs and said thats fine) …

But yeah, too me, always female clothes, well, some of them could be used for unisex clothes, but im just comfortable in what i am and what i wear, but Its REALLY great sometimes to get all dressed up and go outsome where nice and do my nails, and hair and pretty makeup etc …

    just my life! lol ..

    love, Anee .

I am new to TgR but I am a member of another forum and if I waited to be dressed each time I go on line I would rairly get on line. So the answer to your question is I am in drab most of the time on line. I personally think when on line it is what comes from the heart more so than what you are wearing.

I don’t get a lot of chances to dress for long periods (2 teenagers in the house who don’t know about me) so I am mostly in boy mode when online, however regardless of what I am wearing I am always Mel when here in trannyradio, that’s who I am inside.

Love, peace and joy to you all and a warm welcome to Anthea

I am usually also in boy mode due to home circumstances but I do travel and am able to be dressed when on Chat Room then.

I am still Jennifer regardless of what I am wearing…but do I feel more feminine when dressed and in the chat room……YES….because I always feel more feminine when dressed.

It feels so right and I know that my mannerisms are more feminine….it seems to be just a natural progression.

Thank you SJ for a very interesting subject

    Hello Girls.
Their has been a fem side of me for a very long time. When i am in the chat rooms i try always to be in some Fem atire of some discription be it fully dressed or just a nightie, or underwear.. It helps me relax more i feel. My wife also comments i seem a lot more relaxed when dresed.
    Beth.

Me too! I always have some female apperal on wilst on line to tranny radio, even if only a skirt or something simple. On that not eI believe skirts are amongst the most comfortable piece of clothing we have. It amazes me why so many true females have gone the other way and just wear pants or trakkie daks etc. It looks so Unfeminine.

    Hi everyone,

For me at a minimum I wear a pair of panties, as I don’t wear mens underwear anymore, at night I am usually dressed in a nightie, as my computer is in my room, I am then ready for bed when I am finished online, during the day, it is either something androgynous or something feminine, especial now, as I have decided to start living more as a woman, I have started wearing more womens versions of men cloths, like womens tops, and pants, at least this does not cause any friction in the household, as far as I know anyway, I do sometimes wear a skirt or a dress, but at the moment I have to change back to pants when I leave my room, hopefully soon this will change.

    Hugs,
    Sharon

Well thank you all for all these interestings post, and I must say I agree with most, but for me as others have said, I am Sammy even at work, its just unfortunate that I have to dress as a man.
