I’m so excited and I just cant hide it. 5 Days and we are at the cocktail party.
Tahlia’s making a list, she’s checking it twice. Wont be forgetting anything or it will be more reason to go shopping.

Can’t wait to meet up with everyone again.

All I can say is you wont be sorry. Had mine done as a pressie to myself last xmas at Essential Beauty. Lady marked where she thought they would look balanced for my ears and was spot on. Gave me a bottle of disinfectant spray to help the healing and directions about turning the studs and removing them. I now wear hoops and the hooks depending on what I feel like. With the hooks, use the little plastic stoppers on them that are on the display cards to stop them from falling out when wearing them. You can also buy spare stoppers from places like Lovisa. I converted all my clip ons to hooks, not a hard job and can get packs of hooks from similar places.

I can only agree with Caroline on many topics.

Suggestions

1. Continue last years idea of a theme night on Friday .The 20’s theme was fabulous but perhaps another idea is ‘dress to your own personal delight” . Great idea – Go Hippies 60’s – 70’s

2. Wine tasting sessions are IMO a necessity for TF But is it possible we can do it in the Cellars rather than Library for this year , the cellars have fabulous ambience even if it means a walk in the cool mountain air – Was much better atmosphere in the cellars. Also closer to being able to buy some product.

3 Lets find some one who can run a session on the finer points of eye make up. IMO the most difficult art to master . Good idea

4. The pool competition last year was great fun lets do it again. Was such fun and added real enjoyment.

5.. Lets go with Big Radio Dynamite as our band AGAIN!! Band is good but if another good 60’s – 90’s band was also available then maybe a change for once to try.

6. I would like feedback please on those who might like a series of individual portrait shots taken during the Saturday evening Please DO NOT respond under this post just message me via the website so I can gauge interest level to discuss ideas and possible costs with our Photographer. Sorry, does not interest us.

Was my third Transformal and my wife’s first. Both of us had a great time over the weekend and will be there next year. Everyone was very welcoming to Angie as they had been to me in previous years.

To end the weekend with a pool party was a great idea and we really enjoyed it “SA Great”.

Thanks to Adrian and Megan for all their efforts to organise the weekend and to their band of volunteers who help bring the event together for all of us to enjoy.

Do we need to use their Photographer or can we use one of our own? Surely we have people with the skills to act as photographer for the event.

Like Carol, this was my second Transformal and while I did not reach the high excitement of being a newbie, I had a great time catching up with friends from last year and met some new friends this year. All the sessions were of benefit to me especially Ophelia and her nail tips. Transformal is a must attend event on the calendar and by miracle I have managed to convince my partner to join me for next year. If you need a photographer, let me know and I will bring my gear with me. I can dump all pics to a flash drive before the end of the weekend.

Thanks, I came home tonight from work to a nice surprise, a CD full of photos and memories from the TransFormal;. Made me stop what I was doing and look through them enjoying the memories

Wow, what a weekend. Being my first time to Transformal I was a bit apprehensive at first as to how things would go for me but all my fears were soon put to rest when someone saw me sitting on my own and grabbed me and took me off to meet the others. That soon broke the ice and everything after that was priceless. I cant wait to get my copy of the photos so I can put some pressure on my partner to join me next year. The sessions were just what I was hoping for and the dinner was just the best.

Finally, thank you to all the participants for being so welcoming and fun over the weekend ad to Amanda and your crew a huge thank you for putting together a wonderful event.
