    Thank you Jane :)

Francis Galton, Darwin’s cousin, was probably equally as brilliant and unhinged as the great man. Worth looking up if you get a chance.

    Fake news I think.

I could not care less about Donald Trump, he is a clown and a buffoon, but every week there is an article like this popping up and not once have any come to pass.

I shall now return to reading this obviously 100% true article on the interweb about Kochie being a kiddie fiddler and Karl Stephanovic, or however you spell it, being a crossdressing alien and former arms dealer.

Thank you Rosemary :) I actually don’t think I’m mad at all (shut up Adrian!) it is something I have just considered along the lines of “are we actually a molecule in a table leg” etc. It was more a philosophical question.

I AM however thinking of giving my sister, Bubbles O’Tool, a bit more of a life of her own. As I’m moving home to Hobart in the near future I want to continue putting on my Queer Quiz Night and Bingo With Balls entertainments and starting anew as it were it is a great opportunity to actually give Bubbles the lead role in these enterprises keeping Emma as my “straight” persona.

“Have gun will travel reads the card of a man…a knight without armour in a savage land….”

I always thought that Palladin’s first name was “Wire” because on his business card he used to hand around it said:

WIRE PALLADIN – SAN FRANCISCO HOTEL.

Clearly I took things too literally.

    Hi Candy :)
Thank you for jumping in and adding to the conversation – and make sure you do so more often as I’m sure everyone gets worn out listening to me bang on.
I was very interested to read what you had to say on your experiences with your new breastplate and I’m looking forward to getting mine soon. Everyone I know who has them loves them but yes they are mucho expensive-o

I think they like a foot in both camps but just hooking up with a guy is a touch too gay for them maybe?

Thank you all for your comments.

I was having a chat last night with a TG gal pal and I discussed this very subject. She calls it a “Glorious Madness”. How wonderfully appropriate xx

Hi Tracey, I’m glad you like them – I know someone who bought them also and is completely in love with them as well.

I’ll look forward to mine when they get here xx

Breastforms are quite the dilemma are they not? They are crucial in many ways for those of us who want them and their selection comes with a bit of anxiety – what size/shape/etc do I need? I also have the same ones the girls describe above (I’m not selling them) and can highly recommend them to anyone contemplating purchasing the above. They are a great size and most comfortable to wear.

I’m currently going down the breastplate road as I want to do that so I can wear more flamboyant outfits. I have decided on a set of whoppers that will turn up 5 minutes before I do but for everyday and night going out the ones above will suit practically anyone.

Martina there is every possibility that we ARE related (it IS true what they say about Tasmanians ladies!). I shall message you privately about that :)

So I can give you all a bit of flavour about Hobart:
    1. Yes, it was the last state to remove homosexuality (which apparently included us) as a crime from the statute books. This nervousness from the crossdressing populace extends to this day but I shall break that all up.
    2. It is becoming VERY quirky and has a certain hipster element in parts of Hobart like North Hobart ,and West Hobart, where I will be living.
    3. It has one “gay” venue but increasingly a lot of LGBetc owned pubs and cafe’s all over the state.
    4. It is a very friendly place.
    5. You can do a naked tour of the MONA Gallery. I shall be doing this.
    6. There are some towns, of quite reasonable size, where I am related to everyone who lives there.
    7. I will have no problems flouncing about anywhere in Hobart at any time.

In preparation of my return I have made contact with quite a number of local girls, almost without exception none of them have ever been outside their front door, so that will change.

I’ve been doing some hosting of events here and there lately like Quiz Nights. I did one a couple of weeks ago at a local hockey club for the beige population using bingo which was called “Bingo With[/i] Balls” which, I must say, was a rip roaring success so I’ll be looking to expand on that when I get home.

It is interesting what everyone has said about engineers and dressing. I didn’t know most of what has been said above and will track down “A Year With The Girls” as it sounds fascinating. At Transformal I met at least 3 other engineers and I think the whole concept is hilarious!

It is staggering how many engineers are in our racket ladies….maybe it makes up for the dreariness of it all? xx
