Mel, I was lucky enough to get a very good wig from the Hairhouse warehouse in Melbourne, cool style, great fit and adjuster straps at the Back. Have a website address: http://www.hairhousewarehouse.com.au. Also get in contact with Bonnie’s wig boutique based in Adelaide. Great service prsonally, but they do sell on line and my experience of the boutiques is really positive.

Hope that gives you a couple of ideaas.

    Thanks Helen,

I did go to a Hairhouse Warehouse in Brisbane and while they had a few wigs there, none of them fitted properly.
I contacted that site in america where I bought my other wigs and asked them for any advice and they said that they contacted their suppliers and not surprisingly, none of their fancier wigs are going to be big enough for me.
    The search continues

Yesterday while checking out my account on hotornot.com, I got a double match with a woman in america so I tried to see if she would have a chat on there and she did.
while my account is in the gay female section, I have put on my profile that I am a crossdresser as to avoid any confusion (if any).
But anyway, we started chatting and she asked me if I was “straight, bi, les or what? and I just said “did you read my profile” and she said that she had but it was one of many so went back and re-read it and then realised. I asked if it was a problem (she happened to be gay herself-I repeated her question back to her) and she said no but her first question finding out was “so do you like guys or something?”.
So from what I could gather, she thought I was a woman (or didnt look at me too closely). On one other occasion when I hadnt listed that I was a crossdresser, I did have this other woman just assuming that I was a woman which I thought was kind of cool

Steven Spielberg was busy discussing his new film about famous classical composers. In an innovative casting decision he has chosen Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger in the lead roles. “Who do you want to play?” Spielberg asked Bruce Willis. “I’ve always been a big fan of Chopin,” said Bruce, “I’ll play him”. “And you, Sly?” asked Spielberg, “Mozart’s the one for me” said Stallone.
“And what about you?” Spielberg asked Arnold Schwarzenegger. “I’ll be Bach”, said Arnie

After the first session, my skin was all kind of burnt to a mild degree and my face looked horrible but the effect was that by the time the second session was due, I had lost about 60-70% of my facial hair . Aside from a small patch in the centre of my chin, I had an even covering of dark, thick facial hair from ear to ear prior to starting and the couple of test runs showed that it was going to work. After the second treatment, (my face didnt get so burned or affected in that regard this time) the impact wasnt so great but still the hair thinned out fairly noticeably but the hair on my upper lip still wasnt budging so for treatment number 3, she cranked up the laser to full power, didnt hold anything back and that brings me to what has happened now which I mentioned in my previous message.

I have had 3 sessions so far, leaving about a month or so in between sessions and in about a week’s time, its time for treatment number 4. But I have noticed today that not only was the previous session completely ineffective, I seem to have almost as much hair now as when I started. There is definately more hair now than at any time since I started getting laser treatments unfortunately so this is very disappointing and I still have to shave every day.
Are these sorts of developments common? I will be very annoyed if after spending all that money, I’ll be right back where I started from.

After finding out that they had sent the wrong wig and one other wrong item, I posted it back to them and they then waited for my stuff to arrive and they said that they were going to replace it as it was their mistake.
It took a few weeks all up to fix but it finally arrived and as of today, my original order is complete.

    Exciting news!!!!
I got an email from my friend in brisbane to say that my package has arrived and I can pick it up whenever I like. So there you go, it has taken just over a week for the whole process to take place.
Its just a pity that I have a chance for some melissa time today but possibly not tomorrow.
I’m really excited now, I only hope that everything fits and that it looks good.
    YAY!!!!

Although I just spoke to my friend about it and he said on the customs declaration they put “hairpieces, clothing and costume jewellery” and that’s on display for everyone to see.
Although it didnt matter in this instance and there probably isnt any way around it, it kind of works against the whole discretion thing

I think I will have to try epilators. I have been shaving my chest for quite a while now and have relatively recently moved onto doing my arms but most times, I usually manage to cut myself and have been getting quite a collection of scars.
I guess its either epilating or waxing now. Is the braun silk one the best for arms would it be just a matter of personal preference?

Yesterday I took the plunge and ordered a couple of wigs, some clip on earrings (hoops- :D ) and a few other items.
I decided to go for a bigger order and get a few things in one go as it costs $21 no matter how much you get so it is better value to order up big.
You can use a different postal address to your billing address when you order which I what I did.
Now the wait is on, I’ll let you all know how long it takes to arrive.

Diamonds are a girls best friend, while Dogs are man’s best friend. You tell me which sex is smarter…….

Why does it take 1 million sperm to fertilise one egg?
They wont stop and ask for directions

A man went to visit a friend and was amazed to find him playing chess with his dog. He watched the game in astonishment for a while. “I can hardly believe my eyes!” he exclaimed. “That’s the smartest dog I have ever seen.” His friend shook his head, “Nah, he’s not that smart, I beat him 3 games in 5”.

I shop in opshops all the time toni and I have found some amazing items at incredible prices.
While it’s always nice to buy something brand new, I figure why pay $50 or $100 for something if you can get something very similar for $5 in a reasonable condition?

I had another go and tried one of my male mode photos. The first attempt got me a 67% match with both Christian Bale and Sarah Michelle Gellar.
I tried a photo of my friends from their recent wedding. The groom got a 70% match with James Blunt and Gary Barlow and the bride got an 80% match with Jessica Alba and Kelly Clarkson, 78% with Reese Witherspoon and 75% with Kate Beckinsale.
My next attempt was from my first time out enfemme in australia at the cafe in brisbane and it got a 75% match with Catherine Deceuve, 72% with Shannon Elizabeth, 71% with Julianne Moore, 68% with both Heidi Klum and Christy Turlington and yes, the makeup was done by a professional on that occasion too.

I had a go and posted some photos from two times that my makeup has been done professionally. On my first attempt, I got an 83% match with Gillian Anderson and was getting Famke Jannsen too (60% match)
Second go got me Kirsten Dunst and even Jessica Alba (about 60%).
So I thought I’d try it with a photo from a time that I did my own makeup and not only did I get matched up with males, they were rather ugly, old males too.
So I guess I’ve still got some work to do to with my makeup skills

A truck carrying copies of Roget’s Thesaurus overturned on a highway. The local paper reported that onlookers were “stunned, overwhelmed, astonished, bewildered and dumbfounded”

So this bloke walks up to a Buddhist hot dog vendor and says “make me one with everything”
