My good friend “Cheryl” is definitely ok – she just wanted to know much more about our little sisterhood and all its twists and turns to get up to speed for what is no doubt a bumpy road ahead with Bob in the workplace and his general state of mind.
We go to the nudey beach regularly together in summer so she won’t be shy in asking something if she needs to. -
I’ve ALWAYS described myself as “Trans-bian”…..somewhat naively believing that my understanding of that adopted term was clearly understood by everyone else. Silly me, I am a duffer
Trans-bian to me is that I am a T girl who is attracted sexually to other T girls and not men. Having just typed that out it now doesn’t look clear to me either lol. OK I will try again:
I am a T girl who is attracted sexually to other T girls.

Well done Jessica that was a most interesting read.
Jane added: We must never allow our belief in our freedom to dress to become the arrogance of our ‘right’ to do so whenever we choose.. I don’t think I have ever seen that put better x

Member25/08/2017 at 5:43 am in reply to: Same sex marriage – What does the Bible have to say?I just thought for clarity’s sake I would Yes/No the listed bible abominations so there is no confusion among my sisters here:
– Egyptians eating with Hebrews; I am neither but I have eaten with both so I may be a carrier. So yes.
– having an image of another god in your house; I used to have a signed and framed photo of Malcolm Blight taking a “hanger” in my office. Does that count?
– sacrificing your child to the god Molech; No.
– having sex with your wife when she is menstruating; I am footloose and fancy free so no..
– taking your wife’s sister as a second wife; ewwwwww. No.
– eating pork. I LOVE bacon so yes.
Banned likewise is wearing mixed-fabric clothing, interbreeding animals of different species, tattoos, mocking the blind by putting obstacles in their way, and trimming your beard: Yes/No/No/Yes/Clarification required on the last one.I have also layed with men who I am not married to but I have a reasonable idea that they probably/maybe were not married at the time. I was careful not to ask that question as it was well down my list of criteria.
Total Ecclesiastical Abomination Score 6/12
Disappointing I think you would all agree. Perhaps I shall only go to hell for 6 months of the year like grey nomad friends of mine go to Queensland?

I also lost count of the actual “abominations” I am guilty off.

Very well expressed hun…I’m looking forward to the survey xx

A great article Jessica, well done. I’m sure everyone would get at least something out if it regardless of how experienced they are.
We have a nightclub here called Horizons….the operators of this establishment would tell you it is called that because it has massive windows that look straight over the beach in a westerly direction which is sensational at sunset. Personally, I think it is because everyone, including me, looks great from a distance. Clubbing around can sometimes require bolder than usual makeup application to stick out from the crowd xx

Tassie girls always talk sense don’t we Jessica

It is a great topic.
Although it has very occasionally crossed my mind – i.e.what happens if I suddenly put my cue in the rack and all is exposed? – I still haven’t been moved or frightened enough up until now to do something about it “just in case”….maybe I will now.
I have trusted friends who know all about my dual identity but it would seem unfair to ask them to attend to all that palaver when I’m pushing up the daisies. I have 4 children (2 girls and 2 boys) who are pretty switched on so maybe it is time I took one of them into my confidence? Even Clark Kent eventually let Lois Lane into his secret so why not?
Great food for thought -

Member01/08/2017 at 4:53 am in reply to: Significant Christian step in trans affirmationFundamentalists and fanatics regardless of their beliefs actually never really follow the the intent of their beliefs anyway. They desperately look for bleak passages and seek justifications among the lines of their testaments to hang their wacky interpretations on. A bit like when they used to say you could hear John saying “Paul is dead” when you played a Beatles track backwards – the name of which escapes me for the moment. I could never hear it, it just sounded like jibberish to me.
I love the Muslim “peace be with you” as a greeting and a parting. It just says it all really
Peace be with you, my sisters xx

Gene Roddenberry was a man far far ahead of his time wasn’t he? His Star Fleet accept absolutely everyone! Tis a pity our earth based militia cannot heed his words as the diversity among the folk on the USS Enterprise and others add to the mix and are not feared or shunned by closed minded simpletons attempting to continue to prop up thinking which is clearly not in step with today . I should note at this point that I am not a massive Star Trek fan – this thought just occurred to me xx
