I have some lipstick like that and it is quite good, it has been out for years. I wore some a few weeks back and didn’t realise how well it stayed on. Questions were asked why my lips were so red! Ah well, she knows I am a CD so she should expect it sometimes.

Is it resistance Amanda or is it when you come into chat and all those chatting have female names, you naturally say “Hello Ladies”. If there is a boy name there, obviously someone who wants to be thought of as male, then you would not that or add gentlemen or something similar,

I read the comments on the article, and whatever you think of the clothes, the comments were either homophobic or misinformed about the gender and sexuality of men who do wear skirts.

I doubt if there will seriously be a move for men to wear dresses in the main stream, especially with comments like ” If I saw a guy in the street wearing clothes like that, I’d assume he was gay. No masculine man would be caught dead wearing that nonsense, so I guess we women have nothing to worry about.” which probably sums up the general attitude to this.

    Such is life I suppose.

Bambi, I watched that last night and it was an interesting programme quite apart from the fact the 3 girls interviewed were so attractive and passable.

It showed that while they are accepted, the government still treats them as men unlike here in Oz.

I certainly was impressed by how successful Nok has been. Well worth the time to watch.

I have known Tim for a number of years and have 4 wigs from him. He has recently moved to a new place that allows him to have clients visit. From my experience he is an honest trader and will do what he can to help resolve problems.

I find that ladies shorts when I am home with my wife who does not approve of me in skirts, but when alone I have a summer wardrobe of skirts and dresses that I have just brought out. If home alone I don’t really worry about my hairy arms and legs, but if i were to be brave enough to go to the shops, I suppose I would need to look at removal.

Last year our air conditioning struggled and breast forms were the problem, I have perspiration marks that showed. I plan on getting some nursing pads to obviate this. I also installed reverse cycle air conditioning which should make life easier.

But nice knee length cotton skirts are the way to go.

I would find some of the topics interesting, but knowing how much time and effort is needed to prepare a presentation properly, I wonder if some presenters may be disappointed with the response to so much effort.

It would be good if the presentation could be made so as to be accessed at different times. If in summer and at 8pm in Sin City, it is only 5pm in the more civilised western third of the country so timing may be a problem for we underpriviledged few.

What is the school’s problem? If I hadn’t been told she was TG, I would have thought she was a normal teenage girl, in fact she is I suppose.

I hate small minded people like that.

The one thing I find once i get my hair cut to satisfy social norms and my wife’s expectancy of me looking male is that my wig fits much better with short hair.

Now if I could get away with a more androgynous cut I would be maintaining a peaceful home life is always going to be a barrier to this.

I have pondered buying one of the Ahh Bra ilk, more to see if they are comfortable to wear.

Perhaps I need to look in the discount stores for one.

I have read this stream with interest and wonder what a high reputation will earn me. Will I get a set of presentation steak knives if I maintain a reputation over a certain level or is it just a number that in the event has no physical meaning, merely one of satisfying my excessively inflated ego.

    Time will tell I expect.

Amanda I am impressed by the thoroughness of the report and the amount of time and thought that has obviously gone into it. I think I will read it a few times before I am sure of what I am reading, but the initial impression is that it is balanced and probably an accurate portrayal of CDs within the constraints imposed by the membership and limited sample size.

    Well done.

Thanks Bambi, I am off to Thailand and I am transgender. Therefore I must behave myself in Sleazetown AKA Pattaya. When I googled Pattaya, I was astounded by the amount of advice there which suggested that the place was essentially a large brothel.

The swimming pool looks good, I will stay away from the bars and be good.

To be honest Amanda when I look at the names of those in chat it is almost invariably a list of female names hence I will always greet ladies. If I see a male name I will separately identify that person; but to be honest I cannot remember it happening.

I think to refer to “all” or non gender specific titles is a bit like wishing happy holidays at Christmas and perhaps a bit too far with being PC.

Then again I am a grumpy old lady.

I am with you Bambi, I think it was amusing.

I suppose though it means that it will cause sales of their tampons to crossdressers and transitioning TGs to drop to nothing.
