Even worse, there seems to be some official sanction for “Church Police” in some southern states! Trying to enforce their own version of Sharia law?

Don’t keep putting barriers in front of yourself! As one company likes to say – “Just do it”! ;-)

Spot on. I told my wife when we started to get serious and we married. She has supported me ever since.

Always fun and informative Caty. Still sharing a marital bed so no joy here! I must say though that lack of sleep will force a change of sleeping arrangements at some point. Happy New Year to you all!

As a cross-dresser my aim is to be as “passable” as possible for 2 reasons.
    1. To attract less attention so as to be “safer” and go about my business with as little hassle as possible and
    2. For the fun of seeing how far I can take it using every tool at my disposal.

I understand that passing as such is not the be all and end all. I know I have been out shopping and had a great time with no problems, only to discover a major flaw in my “look”. This goes to show that how you feel inside and the confidence you project outwards is just as important as your physical appearance. That old “What’s inside your head” being the big barrier to getting out there and enjoying your life.

All I can say is get out there and enjoy your life now, who knows how long we have left?

Age gets us all in the end. I find a bit of solace in the fact that I look 10 or so years younger as a woman than a man. The price I pay for wearing heels is a sore neck and headache the next day! I’m prepared to pay the price for now. I guess living for today is the best philosophy as who knows what’s around the corner? Great topic for us “older” folk.

Hi, just to let you know that the main difference in costs are postage (I include it) and exchange rate. I hope this doesn’t breach the code!?

I agree with the advice here. I have a light beard, going mostly grey now! I’ve used kryolin on the beard (an orange colour counteracts the blueness of the beard) around the upper lip and chin and cover the rest of my face with natural skin colour foundation. I’ve been using a dark foundation to contour my face lately to help reduce the male chin and big nose!! And need lots of practise!

Hi, I’ve been using a concealer called Kryolin for many years. It is an orange/brown colour and takes out the blue of the beard. I apply this over the blue area and blend back into the normal skin. I then use a foundation, lightly over the entire face for even colour. I finish with loose powder which sets the whole effect in place. The powder takes away the shiny and caked on look too. I get the Kryolin from a specialist pharmacy but I bet it can be bought on-line too. The colour code I use is BN.
