    Thanks Jessica. Great article
Yes respect has to be shown to our partners , we will all know where the invisible line in the sand is drawn
When I shop with my wife ,I don’t try things on. Even when invited by the shop owner or her
Being out in public. It seems to be women who talk to me ,they are interested in the clothes ,the makeup. The event. Etc

Being served in a shop ,way above expectations
The smell of just mowed lawn
The silence in a hay shed
The adoringness ( new word) in a dogs eyes

  • Here here Emma. So true. After I came out to my wife she said” why don’t u get into some group ,there must be some,, and go out together”
My reply. ” I don’t think that will be necessary ,, I can be happy enough at home, in the bedroom””. How wrong was I. In time solitary was not enough and I took a leap of faith and went to a seahorse cafe night. Very glad I did and now it’s just fabulous. As Emma said. Nobody judges, we have all been there,, and now new friends who know the greatness. The anguish. The joy.

    Excellent topic
For myself. Deciding to go out. Choosing what to wear. Then getting dressed and doing my makeup, I feel like a different person. I hop in the car and off I go, there is no thought of ” not passing” , or any worries at all, the only worry comes about in choosing a parking spot to avoid drunk people that could cause aggression ,, after that I walk to the theatre, restaurant etc ,,, I know I do not pass as a gg. But I feel happy in myself

  • Driving enfemme is a very enjoyable experience. The first couple of times I did take a plan b. Kit. Makeup remover, jeans. Shoes. And a jumper , but since then I have been too excited to remember to take the kit with me
I find I drive differently enfemme. In the city I make sure I use the central locking for the doors,

Shoes. I love shoes. My first red 5 inch stroppy heels came from shoecraft,, they are great. And service was great. Then I bought lots from Rosenburgs. I choose one pair from the the web and end up with 2 ,,,, such is life. The most comfortable is naturaliser. Definitely Cheers. Fiona. The. Shoeaholic

Off topic – I can’t see a mention of DF or Pleaser.? Please think before posting off topic.

The only time I was not served was in Paris. I asked for some extra long stockings and the lady asked Is it for you. I replied. Yes. She said Leave. And pointed to the door. Otherwise never a problem. A rivers lady said !”I really like that skirt”. ” you will really like it”. I replied. I think it has a nice shape. A lady in a town dress shop. After watching me look thru the racks. Said as I held the dress up. “try it on, use the end one if u like, ITS. OK”. A elderly gent at an op shop didn’t bat an eye after I emerged from the fitting room and bought a skirt,

:( melbourne cup lunch. Girls should go in race going outfits. As if they were at the track. I thought. So. I mentioned it to my wife that Fiona would like to go to the lunch. Pretty. Ok. Do it was the reply. I went shopping. I got a dress at the first shop I went into. Plus a bag and shoes. From one shop. I rang my. Wife to tell her. The reply. And a hat. Oops no ok. Back to the same shop. Got a fab cup type hat,, the reception at the luncheon. The males hardly said a word good or bad. But. The girls. Only my wife and I in cup outfits. They were in slacks and flatties. I think they were a bit put out that they were so drab. I didn’t do my nails as I said I couldn’t get a booking at the nail shop,, to my surprise one girl said she wud have done them for me if I had asked,,, a great time was had,, I think they all know now of Fiona but her name never comes up when we all go out. Oh except for my shoes. Males and females all liked them and that is what comes up every so often. “have u still got those red high heels”
